1. Grannational ALBA Infrastructure Project.

Project Description: A Grannational infrastructure group was constituted and work will be undertaken on the projects basis, presented by the countries, in accordance with their needs and priority attention areas, that is to say, the fields of: maritime communication, development of the railway infrastructure, development of the airport infrastructure, development of the port infrastructure and possible establishment of the grannational    aeronautical maintenance enterprise , grannational air transport and development of inland waterway transport.
